It is one of the very few almost universally agreed rules that unless you are in the 20 top sites listed under a given search word then there is almost no point you being there at all! This is virtually impossible since many engines do not seem to enforce their own rules on cheating the search engine algorithm. I almost have to question if it is worth bothering - sorry!
